PASMA Approved Training Centre
The PASMA Combined course — two qualifications in one day, covering mobile access towers and low-level access equipment. The most efficient way to certify for both, at our Croydon centre or on site across London and the South East.
The PASMA Combined course packs two qualifications into a single day — everything in Towers for Users plus everything in Low Level Access. Because the two courses overlap so much, combining them is the quickest and best-value way to certify for both mobile access towers and low-level units.
Over one day, you'll learn how to safely assemble, alter, move, inspect and dismantle standard mobile access towers (built to BS EN 1004) as well as low-level access units such as podiums (to PAS 250). You'll practise best-practice fall-protection methods — for example, 3T (Through The Trapdoor) and Advanced Guardrail (AGR). In addition, the course covers the Work at Height Regulations, the PASMA Code of Practice, component checks, tower inspection records and hazard awareness. The day is delivered as classroom theory plus hands-on practical training, either at our Croydon centre or on site at your premises.
Assessment is by a multiple-choice theory paper (80% pass mark) and a practical assessment. Once you pass, you'll receive a PASMA qualification endorsed with both categories, valid for 5 years. As a result, the Combined course also unlocks our specialist courses — Towers on Stairs, Cantilevers, Bridges and Linked Towers.
With more than 20 years of training experience, Access Towers helps over 350 trainees each month gain work-at-height qualifications across London and the South East. Moreover, as a Top 5% UK PASMA centre we run PASMA training courses Monday to Sunday, so you can book a date that suits you — whether you're training yourself, your team, or someone else. And if you need equipment as well as training, we also offer scaffold tower hire with next-day delivery.

Both PASMA Towers for Users and Low Level Access in one day — standard mobile access towers and low-level equipment such as podiums and folding units up to 2.5m. You learn to safely assemble, use, move, inspect and dismantle both, using the 3T and AGR methods.
If your work involves both towers and low-level units (podiums), the Combined course gains both qualifications in one day — more efficient and better value than booking them separately. If you only ever use standard towers, Towers for Users alone may be enough.
No — there are no prerequisites. It suits complete beginners as well as those renewing an expired qualification.
One day (typically 6–7 hours), combining classroom theory with practical training. You're assessed by a multiple-choice theory test (80% pass mark) and a practical assessment building a tower using 3T and AGR methods.
A PASMA qualification endorsed with both categories (Towers for Users and Low Level Access), valid for 5 years and recognised across the construction and maintenance industries.
Yes. Passing the Combined course (or Towers for Users) is the entry requirement for the specialist courses — Towers on Stairs, Cantilevers, Bridges and Linked Towers.
